Why Calla™ diamond ring sparkle so much? +

Calla™ Cut diamond capture the same massive level of fire power for the marquise. Commonly acknowledged by the diamond trade around the world, marquise diamonds are often afflicted by the light-reflection deficiency in the middle of the stones often referred as “bow-tie” effect which significantly compromises their brilliance. By disregarding diamond yield and solely focusing on beauty, the Calla™ Cut was invented.

How to find my ring size? +

The best way to find out is to get professionally sized at a reputable jeweler nearby. You can also measure your ring size by the following steps:

1. Get a sheet of paper and cut a thin strip about 1/4" wide. Don’t use string as it can stretch.

2. Wrap around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug, but not too tight.

3. Mark where the paper overlaps forming a circle.

4. Refer to table below for your size

5. measure length using our ruler

6. look for your corresponding size

Ring Size

Ring finger measuring tips:

Make sure your finger is at a normal body temperature -- fingers can shrink or expand when cold or hot. If your knuckle is much larger than your finger’s base, take two separate measurements and choose a size in between. You want a ring to fit over your knuckle, but not be too loose or it will shift around.

Sizing can be somewhat subjective because everyone will have a preferred fit- some like the rings to fit snugly so they do not move, and some prefer a looser fit. The right size should be easily taken on and off, yet secure enough that it will not slip off your finger.

My ring doesn’t fit! What do I do? +

All Calla™ ring is empowered by the CNC technology which exemplifies the vividness of the Calla™ butterfly. In order to keep the perfect finishing, it is highly recommended to bring your jewelry to our Authorized Retailers and they will always be there for you.

Can my jewelry be engraved? +

Whether the classic option of wedding date, name or initials of your partner, we can add inscription to the ring with sufficient space for engraving. With laser engraving we can get remarkable detail and precision. Please contact one of our Authorized Retailers nearest you for details.

How should I clean my Calla jewelry? +

Dust, pollution, greasy substance and daily wear all cause to cloud the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of platinum and gold. We suggest to bring your ring to one of our authorized retailers to have periodic professional maintenance. Between professional cleanings, we recommend to clean your jewelry with a soft dry microfiber cloth occasionally. Jewelry with stones other than diamonds may need other care.

How should I protect my jewelry? +

Try to keep the piece of jewelry in its original case or pouch after used, place your jewelry on a soft surface, avoid contact with other jewelry or other metal, avoid soap, scent and cosmetics, avoid certain activities like Gardening or sport etc., with your ring on. It will help to keep your jewelry from demage.
